Come as yourself or come as your Superhero Self! NEW LOCATION - Run the trails at beautiful Crow's Lake in Jefferson GA! NEW RACE - We have added a 10K race! All proceeds will benefit Piedmont CASA, serving abused children by advocating for each to have a safe, loving and permanent home.

Event details and schedule:Race Day Registration and Packet Pickup: Begins at 6:30AM
10K: Starts at 7:30AM
1K Fun Run: Starts at 8:30AM
5K: Starts at 9AM
Awards:
Top 3 Adult Males and top 3 Adult Females will receive cash prizes. 1st $50, 2nd $30 and 3rd $20 (unless they fall under the NAIA Amateur Status Rule).
Timing and Results:
Finish line management and results provided by Classic Race Services with results posted to www.classicraceservices.com, www.runningintheusa.com, www.active.com and www.coolrunning.com.
Costume Contest:
Come dressed as your favorite Super Hero or character. Costumes will be judged and prizes will be awarded. Safety first, if you run in a costume, make sure it is safe for you and others around you!
Shirts and goodies:
Shirts are guaranteed to those who register by 8/31/2017. Shirts or sizes are not guaranteed to those who register after that date and on race day.
Series affiliation:
The race is part of the 2017 Black Bag Race Series.
Course:
the course will be run on the trails around Crow's Lake. The course is walk friendly but strollers are not recommended due to some rough terrain.
Other Info: In case of rain, the races will go on. Delay of the start may happen in case of severe weather in the area at race time. If severe weather continues, then the race director or local authorities may make the call to cancel the race at that time. Sorry, no refunds.
